Industrial & Warehouse Concrete
Slabs, loading areas, truck aprons and yards built for forklifts and trucks, in Maspeth, Long Island City, Hunts Point, Sunset Park and across the city.
Industrial concrete takes loads that a house never sees: forklifts, pallet racks, box trucks and tractor-trailers turning on the same slab every day. Thin slabs and poor base preparation crack and rut fast under that traffic.
We pour and repair warehouse and shop floors, loading dock areas, truck aprons and approaches, yard and lot slabs, equipment pads and the sidewalks and curbs that front industrial properties. Thickness, reinforcement and base are planned for the loads the slab will carry, and heavier structural work follows an engineer's design.
We phase the work around your operations so trucks can keep moving, and we handle demolition and removal of the old concrete.
