Apartment buildings have long frontages, heavy foot traffic, multiple entrances and residents who need access every day. A sidewalk or stoop job can't simply close the front door for a week.

We repair and replace building frontages, entrance steps and landings, courtyards, walkways and ramps, and handle DOT violations on corner and mid-block buildings. We phase the work so there is always a safe path into the building, and we give your super and managing agent a schedule in advance.

Older brick apartment buildings also need repointing, lintel and parapet work, and buildings over six stories fall under the City's facade inspection program.
