Co-ops & Condos
Boards need clear scopes, insurance documents and schedules before they approve work. We provide them, then do the job with minimal disruption to residents.
Co-op and condo work goes through a process: the managing agent gathers proposals, the board reviews them, and insurance and contractor documents are checked before anyone starts. A contractor who can't supply clean paperwork slows the whole thing down.
We provide a written scope and price per item, proof of insurance on request, and a proposed schedule that the agent can take to the board. Once approved, we coordinate with the super for access, staging and resident notices.
Typical co-op and condo jobs include sidewalk violations and frontage replacement, entrance steps and ramps, courtyard and walkway repairs, garage and parking slabs, and masonry and parapet repairs.
