Concrete Repair & Resurfacing

Not every damaged slab needs to be torn out. We repair cracks, spalling and worn surfaces when repair is the right call, and tell you honestly when it isn't.

Concrete damage ranges from cosmetic to structural. Surface scaling from salt, small shrinkage cracks and worn finishes can often be repaired or resurfaced. Deep cracks with movement, sunken sections and crumbling from below usually mean the base has failed, and a surface repair will not last.

We look at the cause before recommending a fix. When repair makes sense, we clean and prepare the surface, repair cracks and spalls, and resurface with materials suited to the job. When replacement is the better value, we say so and quote both options.

Repair work suits sidewalks, driveways, steps, patios and garage floors that are sound underneath.

Frequently asked questions

Will a repaired crack come back?

If the crack is from movement or base failure, it can. We explain which cracks are worth repairing.

Can resurfacing fix a DOT violation?

Usually not. Violations generally require the cited flags to be replaced to specification.

Is resurfacing cheaper than replacement?

Often, when the slab is sound. We quote both when both are realistic.
