A house sitting in water will eventually have foundation and basement problems. Low spots in the yard, downspouts that dump next to the wall, driveways that drain toward the garage and high groundwater all push water where it does not belong.
We design drainage for the actual problem: regrading, French drains and perimeter drains, trench drains across driveways, downspout extensions and dry wells where appropriate, and sump pits with pumps for basements that need them. Discharge is routed to an appropriate location and connections are made to code.
Drainage work often pairs with waterproofing and driveway regrading.
