Stamped concrete gives you the look of stone, slate or brick in a continuous slab — no joints for weeds, no pavers to shift and resettle. Color goes in the mix and the texture is pressed in while the concrete is plastic, then the surface is sealed.
It behaves like any quality slab because it is one: the same subgrade prep, reinforcement and joint layout we use everywhere, with a decorative top. That matters more than the pattern — a pretty slab on a bad base is still a bad slab.
Popular uses in Queens and Brooklyn: backyard patios, front walkways, pool surrounds, and driveway borders or full stamped driveways.

Frequently asked questions
Does stamped concrete crack more than regular concrete?
No — it's the same slab underneath. Cracking is controlled the same way: good base, correct thickness, and joints in the right places.
How often does it need resealing?
Typically every few years depending on traffic and weather exposure; resealing restores the color depth. We give you the schedule for your finish.
Is stamped concrete slippery?
Sealed smooth finishes can be; we can add a non-slip additive to the sealer, which we recommend for pool surrounds and walkways.
